Ou Guang Vietnamese Store Opens Fully Plaza Branch

In recent days, shoppers at Fully Plaza have noticed the quiet opening of a new Asian grocery store.

​

Upon entering the store, the first thing that catches the eye is shelves filled with Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese instant noodles, as well as a variety of snacks. On the right, in front of the cashier, are large bags of fragrant rice and glutinous rice. Opposite these are shelves stocked with side dishes and a wide range of sauces, including soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Deeper inside the store, several large freezers span almost an entire wall. They are neatly packed with a variety of frozen seafood, thinly sliced beef and lamb rolls favored by hot pot lovers, and assorted meatballs.Of course, no Asian grocery would be complete without fresh vegetables. Seasonal produce such as cilantro, chrysanthemum greens, and scallions are available, along with tofu and bean sprouts—all stocked in full.

According to the store’s manager, the business is run by Vietnamese owners, with the main store located in Europe Plaza. The decision to open a branch in Fully Plaza was based not only on the large number of Vietnamese workers in the area, but also on the favorable environment of the shopping center, which offers plenty of parking and a high-ceilinged space behind the storefront that can be used as a warehouse.

At present, the warehouse is still being improved. From now on, the store will support both retail and wholesale, with appropriate discounts available for bulk purchases.
